The beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring the city. Daily housekeeping was excellent, and attention to detail was clearly a priority. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Every single team member was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Everything was excellent in all respects. The hotel’s location is superb, with easy access to the metro, tram, restaurants, and shopping areas. The staff—especially the reception team—were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and always willing to assist. Housekeeping was consistently excellent, with rooms cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. In my opinion, this hotel truly deserves a rating of 10, which should be considered the minimum.

Cleaning was done everyday. Acces to public transportation was good. Nearby you can find plenty of stores. Breakfast was good.

Staff are really nice, especially Mahmoud. A few minutes walk from the airport bus and tram station, a lot of local restaurants, shops and supermarkets, and room and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was OK, not many choices but fine, also they offered us coffee/tea 24/7 for free
